The Missouri Tigers men’s basketball team matched up against the North Florida Ospreys on Saturday at Mizzou Arena. Going into Saturday’s game, the Tigers sat at 8-2 while the Ospreys sat at 5-7. Mizzou’s season had lost a bit of hype after the team lost a potential top-five draft pick in Michael Porter Jr. to a back injury. However, the Tigers had stepped up even without their best player. MU had won seven out of their last eight games were undefeated at home going into Saturday. This winning trend would continue for the Tigers as they picked up their fourth win in a row, defeating the North Florida Ospreys 85-51.

For North Florida, forward Al-Wajid Aminu led the team in scoring with thirteen points. He was one of only three Osprey players to score in double digits, and one of only six to score at all. Noah Horchler posted a double-double for the Ospreys with ten points and a game-leading twelve rebounds.

The Missouri Tigers came to play on Saturday. Five Tigers scored double-digit points and two Tigers recorded double-digit rebounds. Jordan Barnett came to play for MU.
