Update: MUPD received reports of Henderson at Hitt Street and Rollins Street. As Henderson boarded a city bus he was issued a trespass warning. The warning is valid for one year and includes all of campus. If he is seen again he will be arrested for trespassing in the first degree.

COLUMBIA –

The Assistant Director of Facilities and Operation of Missouri Student Unions is advising workers in the building to be on the lookout for a man seen trespassing on student center property on Wednesday, Feb. 27.

Richard L. Henderson III was arrested a couple of years ago for robbery and sexual misconduct outside of the student center. He has a “no trespassing warrant,” but was recently seen on the student center premises.

Assistant Director of Facilities and Operation of Missouri Student Unions Tracy Schultz sent this information out only to the tenets of the student center. Schultz said this is because MUPD notified her that this is the only place Henderson has been seen on campus, and wants people who are regularly in the student center them to keep an eye out in that area.

According to MUPD, Henderson was last seen wearing the same green jacket he was arrested in.

MUTV reached out to MUPD and hasn’t gotten a response back.

MUPD urges that if anyone sees him, call MUPD at (573) 882-7201
