MUTV is experiencing technical difficulties

MUTV has been experiencing a series of technical problems and we wanted to let know know we are aware of the issues and we are working to fix them as soon as possible. Some of the problems you may have encountered include:

1. No sound on channel 23
2. Pixelated video or freezing video every so often
3. No signal on channel 23 since sometime over Labor Day weekend

All these issues are stemming from our modulator, which controls MUTV’s signal. The whole problem is very technical and confusing, but IT described it as the modulator has been sick for sometime now and it has finally died.

We are currently working to find a solution for this problem, but in the meantime you can watch all of our movies instantly online (as long as you are on campus) at MUTVstream.missouri.edu. You can watch all of MUTV’s original content right here on our website.
