The Edition In the Age of Infinite Reproduction

The Digital Humanities Colloquium: “The Edition In the Age of Infinite Reproduction” was held on Tuesday, Feb. 19 at Ellis Library.


The Digital Humanities Colloquia is a monthly meeting consisting of Mizzou staff, faculty and students. Its focus is learning about, and reflecting on, new methods of teaching, research, scholarly communication and collaboration.


English Professors Steve Karian, Frances Dickey, Noah Heringman, and Anne Myers detailed their experiences working on digital editions of distinctive published works. They talked about the advantages of working with the digital versions of the Vetusta Monumenta, Jonathan Swift, and T.S. Eliot.
