Missouri wrestling performed well at the Southeast Open on Sunday in Roanoake, Virginia. The Tigers earned three individual titles with strong performances from Brock Mauller, Jarrett Jacques, and Connor Flynn.

Mauller and Jacques, both sophomores from Tolton High School, won all four of their respective bouts. Mauller took the title at 149 pounds and Jacques won at 157 pounds.

Jacques and Mauller are coming off of undefeated conference campaigns last year and are
looking to build upon their freshman success.

Mauller was a MAC champion at 149 pounds last year and was an NCAA All-American.

Flynn won all four of his bouts as well. The redshirt senior who finished last season with a record of 21-9 won the title with the help of two major decisions.

Rodrigo Diaz finished the day with a three and one record in the Heavyweight division. Allan Hart and Phyllip Deloach also finished with three and one records in their respective divisions.

Missouri finished with a record of 37-15 on the day. The strong performance comes after a loss on Saturday to 18th ranked Virginia Tech.

Missouri will face off against Illinois at 7 pm on Nov. 14 at Francis Howell High School in St. Louis.
